Ebay is now changing the standards needed to become a Powerseller which will give more sellers the opportunity to be included. First, Ebay has lowered the required annual sales total to $3000 per 12 months. The next qualification you will need is 100 transactions during the last 12 consecutive months. There will also be a change in the discounts you receive for your final value fee. All Powersellers will receive a 5% discount unless you meet the new Top-rated seller rating and then you will receive a 20% discount. These changes will take effect in April 2010.
